To upload flows to the gallery, you must create an account using email/password authentication or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our FlowViz gallery allows registered users to upload and share attack flow visualizations with the community. When you upload content to the gallery, you agree to the following terms:
You retain all ownership rights to content you upload. You are not transferring ownership of your content to Junbi LLC or FlowViz.
By uploading content to FlowViz, you grant Junbi LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with the FlowViz service and website.

The FlowViz name, logo, and this website content are owned by Junbi LLC. The FlowViz software itself is open-source under the MIT License.
Junbi LLC offers Managed Hosting as a custom enterprise service for organizations that need FlowViz deployed and managed on their behalf. Managed Hosting is provided on a case-by-case basis with terms, pricing, service levels, and features defined in separate service agreements with each customer.
Managed Hosting customers enter into separate written agreements that govern:
In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Service and a Managed Hosting service agreement, the service agreement shall prevail for that customer.
For Managed Hosting customers:
These Terms of Service do not include service level commitments for Managed Hosting. Service levels, uptime guarantees, support response times, and other operational commitments are established individually with each customer in their service agreement.

FlowViz is designed for cybersecurity education and defensive use only. We are not responsible for any misuse of the software or services. Never upload classified, confidential, or legally protected information to the gallery. Use Managed Hosting in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email to registered users. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
